He has worked on the organization and documentation of fund sponsors’ internal firm arrangements, carry plans, and a variety of transactional matters relating to private funds. He represents buyers, sellers, and sponsors in secondary transactions, including all types of GP-led secondaries and private funds recapitalizations. Oren also provides regulatory and compliance advice applicable to the formation, operation, and investment activities of private funds, including compliance with the U.S. Investment Advisers Act and the U.S. Investment Company Act.
