Noah advises on the Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, state wage and hour laws, and immigration laws. He also drafts employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, restrictive covenants and separation agreements.

Noah focuses on defending privately and publicly held for-profit companies in employment and commercial disputes in state and federal courts, and administrative proceedings.

Noah also works closely with in-house counsel and company management regarding day-to-day compliance and best practices.

Noah has experience counseling clients on a full range of employment needs related to mergers, acquisitions, diligence and financing. This work includes compliance with federal, state and local law matters, wage and hour issues, immigration compliance, joint employer concerns, commission plan and vacation obligations, employee and independent contractor classification, workplace safety, WARN notification, applicable leave laws and issues arising under various anti-discrimination provisions.
