Chris Mosley

Chris is a nationally known and distinguished lawyer in Reed Smith’s Denver office, working exclusively for policyholders in insurance recovery disputes. Over his career, Chris has secured hundreds of millions in insurance recoveries for businesses through settlement and trial. Chris has represented businesses in virtually every industry under virtually every type of commercial insurance and has a particular expertise in all things construction insurance. Chris also provides companies consultation and advice on various risk management issues including the creation of complex insurance programs and due diligence for M&A activities.

Chris served as national chair for the ABA TIPS Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee and a board member of the American College of Coverage Counsel. Recognized twice as Colorado's Policyholder of the Year and a Top 100 Colorado lawyer since 2016, Chris is a leading authority in his field.
