Ashley, a partner in Reed Smith’s Insurance Recovery Group, has recovered more than $200 million in insurance proceeds for Fortune 500 and middle market businesses.

Ashley helps policyholders resolve high-stakes insurance coverage claims through negotiation, litigation and arbitration. She also helps clients proactively manage risk by performing insurance program audits, negotiating insurance policy language to eliminate coverage gaps and counselling clients on contracts affecting insurance coverage and liability.
