Christopher Hand

Chris represents both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of secured and unsecured financing arrangements, including acquisition financings and asset-based revolving credit facilities. He excels in assisting clients with complex financing transactions, leveraged buyouts and other corporate matters. Chris also advises on sophisticated secured precious metals lending facilities.

Previously, Chris served as corporate counsel for TTEC Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded company with global operations based in Denver.

Chris has managed broadly syndicated senior secured revolving credit facilities, term loans, and acquisition financings for various clients, including those in the construction equipment, precious metals trading, defense, and food production industries.
