Brian Rostocki

Brian is the managing partner in Reed Smith's Wilmington office and is a member of the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes Group. He has a wealth of experience advising on commercial and corporate matters. His practice focuses on complex litigation, including litigating in the renowned Court of Chancery, as well as advising on a variety of commercial matters.

Brian is recognized by a number of leading legal directories. Brian has appeared on behalf of the firm's clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States, as well as in private arbitrations and mediations.
