Keith Meyer has represented policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes for more than 35 years. He has recovered more than $50 million in insurance proceeds for losses arising from product liability claims, toxic tort disputes, environmental issues, business interruption claims, employment liability matters, D&O issues, errors and omission claims, abuse cases and first-party property issues. His practice is nationwide, and his clients have included a broad variety of businesses involved in manufacturing, aerospace, energy, pharmaceutical, medical device, entertainment, communications and technology.

Keith has several recent wins, including a favorable settlement for a policyholder facing substantial asbestos losses and for another client faced with significant environmental liabilities. He recently obtained coverage for policyholders faced with 15,000 lawsuits alleging injuries from products made as early as 1951. He continues to pursue coverage for clients faced with asbestos and environmental liabilities in multiple other cases.
