Nicolaj specializes in intellectual property disputes, mainly patent litigation and complex trade secrets cases. His expertise also includes licence agreements, technology transfer, licensing, R&D and similar agreements. Nicolaj represents Danish and international clients within all industries, with particular focus on life science and healthcare.
