Nathan Ajiashvili

Nathan Ajiashvili, a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, advises public and private companies on corporate and securities law matters, with an emphasis on public and private financings for healthcare and technology companies. He also regularly represents underwriters and financial institutions in securities offerings.

Nathan applies a hands-on approach to help clients successfully navigate financings and strategic transactions at every stage of their life cycles. His work spans dozens of initial public offerings (IPOs), including a number of dual listings involving diverse jurisdictions.

Nathan complements his breadth of IPO work with various types of financing transactions, such as high yield debt offerings, public and private equity offerings, venture capital financings, leveraged buyouts, debt exchange offers, tender offers, and consent solicitations.

A trusted strategic advisor, Nathan also counsels clients on general corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance issues, public company reporting obligations, and stock exchange rules and requirements.

A recognized leader at Latham, Nathan previously served as Global Chair of the firm’s Associates Committee and as Co-Chair of the New York Corporate Department.
