Nathan A. Sandals

Nathan leverages extensive experience to counsel clients on:

He also represents policyholders in high-stakes insurance matters, such as coverage disputes in state and federal courts regarding comprehensive general liability and property policies.

In his white collar defense and investigations practice, Nathan represents organizations and individuals facing criminal and civil investigation by state and federal authorities. He maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in veterans’ benefits litigation and post-conviction relief matters.

Nathan previously clerked for Chief Judge Patti B. Saris of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. While in law school, Nathan represented Massachusetts in criminal matters as a student practitioner in the Essex County District Attorney’s Office. Before law school, Nathan served as a Legislative Assistant to US Senator Richard J. Durbin (Illinois) and US Congressman Joe Sestak (Pennsylvania).
