While in law school, Nathan represented Massachusetts in criminal matters as a student practitioner in the Essex County District Attorney’s Office. Before law school, Nathan served as a Legislative Assistant to US Senator Richard J. Durbin (Illinois) and US Congressman Joe Sestak (Pennsylvania).
