Natasha is a leading extradition barrister who also specialises in immigration and public law. She has successfully acted in a number of landmark cases and is very experienced in US, Russian and Turkish requests. She presently defends US allegations of drug importation, a Bermudan request alleging child sexual abuse, a UAE request for serious fraud allegations, an Indian request regarding an offence of bigamy and a Turkish request for wounding with a firearm. Previous cases include: India v Kapoor, a complex Part 2 case involving child abduction and Albania v Xhelili, a triple murder case. She is also experienced in challenging INTERPOL Red Notices.
Natasha acts in complex and grave matters such as murder, terrorism and serious sexual offences. She represented the US Government in relation to a $70m cyber fraud Konovalenko; the Swiss Government in a drug importation case and the Hungarian Government in a lengthy human trafficking case Udvardy.
Natasha has a wealth of experience in prison condition cases and was led by Mark Summers QC in the lead case on Hungarian Prison Conditions, Fuzesi and Others.
She is renowned for her expertise in cases involving Article 8 and was led by Alan Jones QC in the leading authorities: Celinski & Others and Wisniewski & Other where certified questions of law were determined by the Supreme Court.
