Graeme is a leading band 1 junior who specialises in defending high-value & complex fraud, money laundering and corruption-related cases across an array of legal spheres, including crime, extradition, constitutional, administrative and civil law. Graeme has a highly regarded reputation for successfully representing High Net Worth individuals, being recognised by Citywealth as one of the Top 40 Disputes and Defence Professionals.
Graeme regularly appears in the High Court, and has successfully appeared in the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and the Privy Council. His reputation has resulted in instructions across the globe, including in Singapore, Antigua, Dominica, the UAE, and the BVI. Graeme is also routinely instructed to represent before the full panoply of international tribunals and bodies, including the European Court of Human Rights, Interpol, the Caribbean Court of Justice and various UN bodies.
Graeme has dedicated his career to the promotion of international human rights, focussing in particular on the abolition of the death penalty. Graeme regularly undertakes work (often pro bono) before the Privy Council and elsewhere, for those at risk of the death penalty. Graeme works closely with the Death Penalty Project, and is currently instructed in matters arising from Taiwan, Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, Bermuda, and Uganda.
