Nataša has over 20 years of experience working in the fields of corporate/M&A, capital markets, insolvency/restructuring, banking and finance, commercial litigation/arbitration and IP. She has a proven track record of advising international clientele and private equity funds on numerous greenfield and brownfield investments in Serbia. Her focus areas include the banking sector and FinTech innovations, alongside addressing capital markets issues and resolving disputes related to investment activities and minority shareholder rights. Nataša is renowned for her deep knowledge in insolvency and restructuring matters.

Career

Nataša began her legal career as a court and prosecution trainee, gaining foundational experience in the legal system. She then progressed to a role at the Foreign Exchange Department of the National Bank of Yugoslavia. Since 1999, Nataša has been practicing as an attorney-at-law, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to her profession. In 2002, she joined Wolf Theiss, where she acts as a Partner.

Personal

Nataša has a law degree from the University of Belgrade (Summa cum Laude) and a postgraduate degree in Capital Markets law. Nataša is an arbitrator at the Permanent Court of Arbitration attached to the Serbian Chamber of Commerce. Her leadership roles include serving as Chairman of the Business and Corporate Law Committee at the Serbian AmCham from 2014 to 2018. She holds membership in the International Bar Association and is fluent in English and French.
