Nataša has over 20 years of experience working in the fields of corporate/M&A, capital markets, insolvency/restructuring, banking and finance, commercial litigation/arbitration and IP. Over the years, Nataša has been advising a multitude of international clients and private equity funds on various forms of greenfield and brownfield investments in Serbia, with an emphasis on investment in the banking sector and FinTech, as well as on capital markets issues and disputes arising out of such investments and/or minority shareholders rights. She is also well known for her expertise in insolvency and restructuring matters.

Nataša has a law degree from the University of Belgrade (Summa cum Laude) and a postgraduate degree in Capital Markets law. She is an arbitrator at the Permanent Court of Arbitration attached to the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and has been acting as a Chairman of the Business and Corporate Law Committee at the Serbian AmCham from 2014 until 2018. She is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA). Nataša is fluent in English and French.
