Leopold specialises in financing and restructuring transactions advising national and international clients on domestic and cross-border structured debt financing transactions (in particular project, acquisition and real estate financings as well as corporate lending), secured finance transactions, (debt) restructuring transactions and non-performing loan transactions.

He has extensive experience as counsel to lenders and arrangers as well as debtors and sponsors in Austria and CEE.

Leopold is the author of various publications on selected issues of Austrian banking and capital markets law.
