Sarah specialises in Austrian and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate (reorganisations), joint ventures and carve-outs with a special focus on CEE/SEE. She has expertise in a wide range of industry sectors, including technology, telecoms, consumer, industrial, financial institutions and healthcare.

Partner at Wolf Theiss, since 2018. Prior to that, she worked for other major law firms in Vienna and also gained international experience in the USA, Germany and Singapore.
