Florian Kusznier

Florian Kusznier heads the Corporate/M&A team and has more than 15 years of experience in cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, public takeovers and general corporate (governance) work. The vast majority of his work consists of assistance to international clients – on the occasion of them entering a jurisdiction for the first time or when advising on add-on acquisitions or on divestments. Florian has acted on some of Austria's most high-profile public takeovers and M&A matters. He advises strategic and financial investors across a broad range of industry sectors. In addition to his Austrian law degree, Florian holds an LL.M. from The London School of Economics.

Florian regularly publishes on corporate and takeover law as well as selected capital markets aspects.
