Our Cases
Our most recent B&F project entails a pioneering finance transaction in which we provided counsel to IFC concerning a strategic purchase of up to EUR 50 million in local currency equivalent (RSD) senior preferred bonds issued by Raiffeisen Bank Serbia in two or more tranches under a base prospectus to be approved by the Serbian Securities Commission, being a landmark issuance of MREL eligible bonds tailored to meet the stringent MREL criteria, marking a significant milestone in the banking sector. We offer English law advice which, particularly for agreements under LMA standards, is of huge value to our clients.
