Christine is an expert in the financial sector with exceptional knowledge and practical experience in banking and regulatory law as well as in capital markets law. She advises a number of Austrian and international institutions in the financial sector on financial regulatory matters, M&A transactions, acquisitions, capital increases, IPOs and debt issuances of credit institutions and insurance companies. She worked on a number of AT 1 and Tier 2 issuances of banks in Austria and throughout the CEE region. She was one of the key legal advisors on (cross-border) M&A transactions, bank support measures and of HETA creditors and is a leading expert in bank regulatory capital matters.

Counsel, Wolf Theiss, since 2010. Before joining Wolf Theiss, Christine, inter alia, worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, Raiffeisen Bank International AG and the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA).
