Ralf Peschek heads the firm-wide Employment team at Wolf Theiss and has over 25 years of experience in employment and labour law. He specialises in executive agreements, Austrian and European employment law, international transactions, workers' participation rights, restructurings, manager liability, pension plans and benefits, and representation of clients in front of courts and governmental authorities.
He is the author of articles and books on employment law and has been a frequent lecturer at universities and business colleges. Ralf also regularly speaks at events on current topics.
In addition to his Austrian doctoral degree in law, Ralf holds an LL.M. degree from the University of San Diego and an MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He loves tennis, biking, hiking and food.
Ralf is a Board Member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
