Natalia Kabacińska

Represents enterprises in the construction, energy, banking, rail, aviation, insurance, and automotive industries, among others, in commercial disputes conducted before common courts and arbitration tribunals. Has experience in international arbitration proceedings conducted before, among others, the ICC, SCC, Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw (SAKIG), and investment arbitration tribunals.

Arbitrator and coach in commercial arbitration and international investment arbitration competitions. Laureate of the “Rising Stars Prawnicy-liderzy jutra” competition run by Wolters Kluwer and the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. She also received scholarships at the University of Ottawa and the University of Salzburg. Completed the ICC Arbitration and ADR Training Programme.
