Anita Garnuszek

A counsel at WKB Lawyers, Anita is an advocate specializing in dispute resolution. She represents clients in commercial disputes before common courts and the Polish Supreme Court, as well as in investment, commercial, and sports arbitrations. She has extensive experience in handling disputes with a cross-border element, corporate disputes, and cases related to the implementation of investment agreements, projects, and post-M&A matters. Recognized in the Legal 500 EMEA ranking for Dispute Resolution and a laureate of the “Rising Stars – Lawyers Leaders of Tomorrow” competition by Wolters Kluwer Polska, she has also been distinguished in the Lexology Index ranking in the Arbitration – Future Leaders category. She is a recommended arbitrator at the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration and the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce.
