Krzysztof is a partner in the WKB’s Energy practice.
He has worked with numerous clients from the energy sector and beyond, including leading Polish and foreign companies investing in renewable energy and has been advising on M&A transactions from the energy law point of view. Moreover, he has been advising on PPAs (including corporate PPAs and virtual PPAs), licensing and development of renewable energy sources and BESS.
Krzysztof also advises clients before the public authorities and courts in energy matters – including proceedings before the energy market authority. He has also acted as one of the main advisors in legislative works on various regulations regarding energy sector (renewable energy, including implementation of energy related EU directives).
He is a co-author of the Commentary to the Act on electromobility.
