A co-founder and co-managing partner at WKB, Bartłomiej specialises in litigation and arbitration and heads the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice. He has significant experience in complex corporate and post-M&A disputes, including those with a cross-border element. He is equally experienced in construction and infrastructure disputes and acts regularly on matters relating to energy, transportation, water and wastewater infrastructure. Bartłomiej has acted as a counsel in many high-profile disputes before Polish common courts as well as Polish and international arbitration courts. He also regularly sits as an arbitrator in proceedings conducted under the rules of domestic and international arbitration tribunals.
