Bartosz is an expert in Polish and EU competition law, state aid, as well as administrative and judicial proceedings. He advises clients on all aspects of competition law, including cartels, leniency programmes and distribution agreements, as well as abuse of dominant position (especially in regulated sectors), merger control and consumer protection.
He also handles cases involving state aid, unfair competition and administrative proceedings before public administrative authorities, including the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and the European Commission, as well as cases involving European law.
He is the author and co-author of numerous publications on EU and Polish competition law, including works on leniency and a commentary on the Competition and Consumer Protection Act.
