She is an expert in consumer protection and competition law and is recommended in The Legal 500 EMEA. She has twice been named among the “50 Most Influential Lawyers” in Poland in the ranking published by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.
Between 2014 and 2019, she served as Vice President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), where she worked for a total of 21 years. In this role, she was responsible for the consumer protection division, including the enforcement of consumer law in financial markets, and participated in legislative processes at both national and European levels.
She currently advises companies from sectors including financial services, e-commerce, energy, food, home appliances and aviation on consumer law matters. She represents clients in proceedings before the President of UOKiK and other public administration authorities, as well as in court proceedings. She also delivers training sessions and workshops.
She is an editor and co-author of publications on consumer protection and competition law.
