Co-Head of the infrastructure projects team. Marta supports both contracting authorities and contractors and provides legal advisory services to consortium partners. She advises in the process of preparation and negotiation of EPC and BoP contracts (also based on FIDIC conditions), O&M / LTSA contracts, supply contracts (also based on ORGALIME conditions). She advises clients operating in a variety of sectors, including energy, oil and gas, chemical industry, road, rail and public transport. She supports domestic and foreign investors in their greenfield projects in Poland. She also co-heads capital markets team (equity securities) and specialises in M&A transactions, including transactions involving elements of capital markets law.
