Practice Areas
Aleksander is a co-managing partner at WKB, heading the Competition Law practice. He acts before Polish and international competition authorities, regulatory authorities and courts in matters concerning law enforcement, protection of collective consumer interests and unfair competition. He advises on concentration procedures and compliance programmes across the spectrum of clients’ businesses. Aleksander’s expertise is recognised internationally – for 6 years he acted as the President of the Competition Law Commission of UIA and is a regular contributor to the Kluwer Competition Law Blog.
