Jaime has a professional experience of more than 10 years, and during this time he has specialized in Corporate and Commercial Law. In the M&A field, he has been involved in draft and negotiation of several sales and investment contracts, as well as corporate restructuring with both national and international clients.
Also, he has negotiated and prepared a great variety of corporate and commercial contracts, specially sales and service delivery contracts.
He has advised in different merges and acquisitions, commercial matters and corporate and hiring law or start-ups, national and internationally, in very different activity sectors, specially healthcare and private equity.
