Mike King, a partner in the Houston office, represents oil and gas companies and private equity sponsors in upstream and midstream transactional matters. His upstream practice includes acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas properties.

He also handles farm-ins, drillcos, and other joint ventures and related arrangements. His midstream practice includes matters relating to midstream joint ventures, gathering and transportation agreements, processing agreements, as well as water sourcing and disposal agreements.
