Represents clients in a broad range of competition and antitrust matters, with a particular emphasis on defending antitrust-sensitive transactions and joint ventures before the US, EU and other authorities, and handling price-fixing and cartel matters worldwide. Has practiced before the US antitrust enforcement authorities for nearly 25 years, personally appeared on behalf of clients before nine competition authorities outside of the US, and handled merger and cartel matters involving several other non-US jurisdictions.
