Matthew Moscon

Matt has tried cases to verdict in courtrooms, commissions, administrative agencies, and in arbitration. For instance, Matt has tried over 20 cases to verdict in arbitration proceedings alone. Matt has been hired as a consultant to provide trial strategy to other firms and has been qualified as an expert and provided live testimony in a legal malpractice trial. Chambers’ review of Matt describes him as “one of the best attorneys at developing a strategy and understanding complicated matters.
