He assists clients in forming joint ventures for large-scale investments, developments, recapitalizations, and financings. Dustin advises on acquisitions and dispositions from single assets to billion-dollar national portfolios, ground-up developments and large-scale redevelopments, commercial leases, and complex loan facilities.
