Christopher M. Chubb (“Chris”) represents financial institutions, private lenders and corporate clients in connection with a broad range of finance transactions, including asset-based and cash flow financings, leveraged buyouts, working capital financings, add-on acquisitions, cross-border and multi-currency financings, inventory monetization and debtor-in-possession financings.
