Beth Vogel has more than 15 years of experience representing lenders, borrowers, and private equity funds in a variety of transactional and commercial financing-related matters. She serves clients on debt investments, debt restructuring transactions, and commercial term loan and revolving credit facilities of all types, including: Syndicated and single-lender, Secured and unsecured, Senior and subordinated, Asset-based and cash flow, Second lien, Unitranche, Multicurrency, Acquisition, Working capital financings, Chapter 11 debtor-in-possession and exit financing, Project-related, Infrastructure financings, and Venture financings.
