In practice for over 20 years, Brian Trudgen represents top-tier banks, private lenders, sponsors, and public and private companies in a wide range of complex leveraged finance, investment grade, asset based, subordinated, mezzanine, project finance, and private credit transactions. He has significant experience with multi-jurisdictional and multi-currency facilities as well as tribal, export, and leasing facilities. Brian also represents lenders and borrowers in connection with workouts and restructurings of troubled credits, including out-of-court restructurings and exit financings. Brian regularly presents on finance-related topics in continuing legal education and client trainings. He is a member of United Way Tocqueville Committee Board and the Board of Trustees of the Heinz History Center, a Smithsonian affiliate. He is also the recipient of The Legal Intelligencers 2022 "Most Effective Dealmakers" award.
