Mary Rose Alexander, Chair of the Environmental Litigation Practice, has broad experience in complex commercial litigation and environmental law. Ms. Alexander has tried cases concerning CERCLA, toxic tort, industrial accidents, oil & gas and other complex commercial matters. Her toxic torts and environmental litigation practice includes multi-plaintiff defense in numerous federal and state courts involving alleged exposure to chemicals, including polychlorinated biphenyls, lead, metals and solvents. She is a seasoned trial lawyer in both federal and state courts.
