I am a Senior Associate solicitor in the Birmingham family law team. I have over 15 years' experience advising clients about all aspects of relationship breakdown. In particular, I specialise in financial matters upon divorce including cases where there are complex property structures, business assets, trusts, and complicated pension issues. I hold specialist Resolution accreditation dealing with high-net-worth finances on divorce and relationship breakdown for unmarried couples and parents. As well as dealing with relationship breakdown, I am also a specialist in preparing cohabitation agreements and pre- and post-nuptial agreements to protect wealth and assets. I have a wide range of experience in dealing with children matters and understand the need to deal with matters both sensitively and robustly. I help people around the Midlands, including Birmingham and Solihull, and nationally, often after recommendations from previous or existing clients.
