Marc Gerber

Marc S. Gerber concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, takeover preparedness, shareholder activism, corporate governance and environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters. Mr. Gerber advises clients on a full range of corporate governance and ESG related matters, including their annual meetings and proxy statements, responding to shareholder proposals and interacting with shareholders, activist investors and proxy advisory firms. He also advises companies, boards and board committees on topics such as shareholder rights plans, advance notice bylaws, proxy access, board independence, board refreshment and ESG matters.
