Marc Benjamin

With more than 30 years of experience, Marc counsels clients on diverse real estate projects, including multifamily apartments, single family rental, office buildings, industrial properties, data centers, casinos, hotels, shopping centers, senior housing, student housing, land for residential development and vineyards.

His practice focuses on complex real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, development, financing and leasing of commercial real estate properties. Marc also regularly advises on the negotiation and structuring of complex joint venture agreements, and the development of improved and unimproved property.

Over the years, Marc has represented various clients, including institutional and private investors, family offices, investment organizations, individual property owners and developers, borrowers and lenders, landlords and tenants, and regional and national developers of retail, office, industrial, casino and multifamily projects. In particular, Marc counseled an institutional real estate investor in the $2.875 billion sale of a 29 property office portfolio.
