Intellectual Property, in particular trademarks, product design, copyright and unfair competition. Manon is an experienced litigator and handles high profile trademark and copyright disputes, including multi-jurisdictional cases in front of the courts in the Netherlands, the Benelux Court of Justice, EUIPO and the EU General Court. Her practice also includes global strategic advice on intellectual property rights, the protection and registration of trademark and design portfolios. She has an active anti-counterfeiting practice.

Other memberships: MARQUES, the Benelux Association of Trademark and Design Law (BMM), the Dutch Copyright Association (VvA), the Dutch Advertising Law Association (VvRr) and the Dutch Association for IP Litigators (VIEPA).

Publications

Manon is editor of Dutch IP Journal IER and Manon regularly publishes articles on trademark, copyright and design law. She is a regular speaker on IP related topics including IP enforcement and a teacher in the vocational education for Benelux trademark and design attorneys.
