Lau does complex technology and outsourcing projects and have been involved in some of Denmark's most innovative and critical technology driven infrastructure projects.

Lau has 25 years' experience advising technology companies, as well as buyers of mission-critical information technology services in the process from scoping of the procurement, the regulatory and public procurement requirements impacting the project, structuring of processes and contracts, as well as early conflict management and dispute resolution.

Lau has had the privilege of assisting a number of Denmark's most successful technology companies, including Milestone Systems, Zyb and Podio in their formation, growth, and exit.

With vast experience of working on cross-border projects and in collaboration with other global law firms, Lau regularly acts as Danish counsel to a large number of international technology companies, advising on their Danish contracts and acquisitions.
