Filip is a counsel in the Bird & Bird Prague office heading the Employment Practice in Czech Republic and also a member of our Real Estate Group.

He focused on all aspects of employment law matters, from contractual solutions, compliance and internal regulations and negotiations with labor unions, to collective redundancies and key management terminations. He offers clients extensive experience in the field of internal sensitive investigations procedures, where he lead investigations for major international construction, technology and pharmaceutical players.

As a real estate lawyer, he covers all aspects of real estate law from development, construction and planning, to acquisition of shopping centers, office buildings, apartments and corporate real estate and leases, while providing complex services of a matter from the first technical point of view through the whole process.
