Søren Narv Pedersen

Søren is a partner and head of Bird & Bird's international HR Services group in Denmark and a member of Bird & Bird's international Trade Secrets Protection group. He has spent over 20 years specialising in labour and employment law, court and arbitration cases, trade secrets, company law and M&A.

In his role as head of the HR Services group in Denmark, he manages the team structure so the team can ensure they have the right lawyers in place for their clients' needs. Søren has vast experience in helping employers with all aspects of labour and employment law, including drafting and negotiating employment contracts and severance agreements, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and advising on redundancies, equal treatment, restrictive covenants, incentive schemes, and protection of trade secrets. His team and himself advise a wide variety of domestic and international clients.

Over the years, Søren has pleaded almost 300 cases, including more than 50 before the High Court, having had right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court since 2006. In 2007, he was appointed an interim High Court Judge.
