I am a partner in our Corporate group, based in Copenhagen, primarily working on M&A transactions.
I am a highly experienced M&A attorney with more than 15 years of experience, having advised private equity clients as well as industrial clients on some of the largest and most complex M&A transactions in the Danish market.
Further, I work as a trusted advisor, providing strategic and commercial day-to-day advice and is a board member in several companies and funds.
My focus is on value creation and achieving results for my clients. I have a commercial mindset and takes a business approach to legal issues.

- Assisted the founder of the consultancy- and software business, NTI Group, a full-service supplier of digital solutions offering Building Information Modelling (BIM), 3D designs and digitalisation for the construction, design, and manufacturing industries in Europe to the Danish PE fund, Axcel
- Assisted the founders, Den Sociale Kapitalfond Invest (a Danish PE fund on social impact) and other shareholders with their divestment of Refurb, which specialises in the acquisition of used IT equipment from companies and public organisations for renovation, recycling and resale to Egiss Group
- Assisted the British PE fund, Bridgepoint Development Capital with their first acquisition in Denmark of LanguageWire ApS, a translation platform which provide translations and contents to more than 3,000 business customers
- Assisted the sellers (founders, venture capitalists and institutional investors) with the divestment of Aiia A/S, open banking platform, to Mastercard
- Assisted the senior partners of Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), the world's largest dedicated fund manager within greenfield renewable energy infrastructure investments with AUM of around EUR 14bn as of the signing date, in their divestment of 25% of the fund management companies to Vestas Wind Systems A/S
