Career

Denisa is a senior associate with almost 20 years of experience in the area of IP law, its protection and commercial use, with a focus on trade mark-related issues.

She has been advising many international companies across different business sectors, particularly on trade mark and domain name related matters, and helping major Czech companies with their trade mark issues worldwide. She frequently advises on trade mark searches, filing strategies, opposition, cancellation and other proceedings before the Czech Industrial Property Office and EUIPO and on trade mark infringement and unfair competition. Her expertise also covers litigation over trade marks and domain names, managing cross-border trade mark protection and advising on brand portfolios.
