My role involves helping clients with all matters relating to divorce or separation, be it the resolution of their finances or arrangements for their children. My practice is divided between assisting on complex high value cases, often involving complicated business structures and trusts, and advising on cases where the main assets are properties and pensions.
I have a particular interest in the commercial aspects arising out of a separation. This includes the valuation of business assets and commercial properties, as well as the tax implications for and/or their businesses.
I also advise on divorces or separation where the main asset is a significant compensation following a catastrophic injury. I enjoy working with case managers and other solicitors on a multi-disciplinary team basis to achieve the right outcome for clients.
Qualified in September 2014; joined Irwin Mitchell in 2015.
I am a Resolution member and sit on the South Yorkshire Resolution Committee.
