Mayo advises, counsels and defends employers in wage and hour issues, general labor, employment and immigration matters. Among her unique experience is litigating wage and hour class actions and enforcing restrictive covenants by obtaining temporary and permanent restraining orders on behalf of employers. She also routinely assists employers with respect to diversity, discrimination, and leave issues. She works most frequently with hospitality and service related groups, manufacturers, healthcare companies, financial institutions and local city governments.
