Kelli Hayes Anthony

Kelli is a partner in the firm’s Immigration practice. She counsels a broad range of clients, including startups, large international public and private businesses, and nonprofit entities, on all aspects of business immigration-related laws. Kelli works with clients on global talent acquisition and retention strategies, helping them develop novel approaches using work visas and green cards to meet business needs. She further assists clients with matters of immigration and worksite compliance, particularly in times of heightened immigration enforcement. Kelli also advises on immigration and I-9 due diligence in connection with corporate mergers and acquisitions transactions. In this capacity, she helps clients assess and mitigate risk while providing practical solutions that account for available resources, employee culture, and retention objectives.
