Justin T. Stolte is Global Chair of Latham’s Energy & Infrastructure Group and a partner in its Houston and New York offices. His practice focuses on strategic transactions involving energy and infrastructure businesses, with an emphasis on M&A and joint ventures.

Mr. Stolte previously worked in business development, commercial, and engineering roles at two global energy and infrastructure companies, where he led the acquisition, development, and divestiture of several multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects.
